During my recent corporate retreat at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Columbus-Polaris Parkway, I found the hotel to be a convenient choice for business travelers. the setting, surrounded by corporate offices, restaurants, and shops, made it ideal for work and relaxation. All meetings were well-equipped with complimentary pads, pens, and mints, ensuring a professional atmosphere. However, the breakfast experience could have been better as they ran out of items on the second day. Despite this, the friendly staff, including the security officer at the pool, made our stay pleasant. The pool area was remarkable and perfect for unwinding after a day of meetings. While our room had a minor issue with the air conditioner leaking, the overall cleanliness and comfort were satisfactory. In conclusion, the Holiday Inn Express provided a comfortable and functional base for business travelers, offering essential amenities and a strategic location. I would recommend it for those seeking a reliable stay during work trips.
